The idea of having my own shop started early, playing cafés in the kitchen of my childhood home in London at the age of five. Twelve years working across the interiors industry, from interior design to product development, have shaped what that early ambition has become.

Freya + The House is the result of those years of experience, a longstanding interest in beautiful objects and a desire to create. A curated collection of pieces I have sourced from all over the UK, from antique gothic relics to mid century lighting, like myself, we have a broad range of styles to offer. Ever changing, ever inspired.

Freya + The House is not only a home for pieces of the past, but a place where my designs come to life. From thoughtfully crafted solid brass pendants, inspired by studio pottery, to brutalist storage pieces, heavily textured and layered with materials and inspired by the unwavering style the 1970's. In my opinion, the pinnacle era of design.
