Freya + The House uses the information you provide to answer enquiries, manage customer accounts, fulfil orders and send updates you have asked to receive.

Information you provide

This can include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery details, messages, order history, saved pieces and email preferences. We keep the records needed to operate the shop, provide support and meet our business record-keeping obligations.

Services used by the shop

Railway hosts the website and database. Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and image storage. Resend sends our emails. Stripe handles payments; the shop does not receive or store your full card details.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your basket. Your browser may also remember recently viewed pieces. You can clear these in your browser; doing so can sign you out or empty your basket.

Email updates

New-arrival emails are optional. You can change your preference in your account or use the unsubscribe link in an update. Order, enquiry and account-security messages are separate from marketing preferences.

Your information

Contact Freya to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop optional updates. Some transaction records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.
